We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as an Admission Counsellor & Business Development Executive. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about education and growth.Key Responsibilities:Admission Counselling:Guide prospective students and parent through the admission process.Provide accurate information about programs, courses, eligibility, and application procedures.Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.Maintain student records and ensure high conversion rates.Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.Conduct market research to support enrollment goals and expansion.Participate in events, fairs, and outreach activities to promote the institution.Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate partners.Requirements:Bachelors degree in any field (education or marketing preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines.Experience in education counselling and/or sales is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:Design user interfaces and experiences for websites, mobile applications, and other digital products.Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.Qualifications:Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.Strong portfolio showcasing UI designs and UX case studies across web and mobile platforms.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, etc.Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and front-end development constraints.Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.What We Offer:Opportunity to work in a creative, collaborative, and growth-driven environment.Continuous learning and upskilling opportunities.
