Key Responsibilities:
Admission Counselling:
Guide prospective students and parent through the admission process.
Provide accurate information about programs, courses, eligibility, and application procedures.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Maintain student records and ensure high conversion rates.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Conduct market research to support enrollment goals and expansion.
Participate in events, fairs, and outreach activities to promote the institution.
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate partners.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in any field (education or marketing preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines.
Experience in education counselling and/or sales is an advantage.
