The Sales Head will lead the Sales efforts for our interior and furniture manufacturing company. will be responsible for driving growth and meeting sales targets by managing and motivating the sales team. Key duties include designing and implementing strategic sales plans, expanding the customer base across corporate and retail segments, and building strong client relationships. The role also involves overseeing the sales teams performance, generating leads, negotiating deals, coordinating with the design team, and ensuring client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives Responsible for generating business from two segments i.e. Corporate and Retail Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence Achievement of sales targets Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization Devises strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Coordinating with design team for estimates/ proposals for sales enquiries. Also, coordinate on resource for store measurements and further on design. Liaison between client and Design team on the store design/ 3D images Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Ensure Quality requirements of the client are met before dispatch of final product Present sales, revenue and outstanding reports and realistic forecasts to the management Recovery of outstanding for corporate clients

Dew Fine Laboratories (DFL), was founded in 1984 by the Late, Mr. Trimbakrao Wankhade along with Mr. Anna Marathe who was one of the pioneers of Nashiks Ayurved Seva Sangh also being their Chief of Production.
