The primary focus of this role will be to promote and sell our range of dental and medical products aimed at maintaining hygiene and sterilization standards. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, outgoing, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:1. Meeting Doctors: Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including dentists, physicians, and other medical practitioners. Educate them about our products and how they contribute to maintaining hygienic and sterile environments in their practices.2. Meeting Dealers & Distributors: Collaborate with dealers and distributors to ensure effective distribution of our products. Provide support and training to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.3. Meeting Institutes: Engage with educational institutes such as dental schools, medical colleges, and training centres. Present our products as essential tools for teaching and practicing proper hygiene and sterilization protocols.4. Daily Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, orders, and revenue generated. Prepare daily sales reports to track progress towards sales targets and identify areas for improvement.5. Visiting Exhibitions: Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences. Showcase our products to potential customers and network with industry professionals to expand our reach

Accounts Receivable Management:o Generate and issue invoices accurately and timely to customers.o Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.o Process payments received and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.2. Accounts Payable Processing:o Review and verify invoices and expense reports for accuracy and completeness.o Prepare and process payments to vendors, ensuring adherence to payment terms and company policies.o Maintain vendor records and resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices.3. Financial Record Keeping:o Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the accounting system.o Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.o Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements as required.4. General Accounting Support:o Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.o Prepare journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts.o Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
