Overview: Join a dynamic team in the dental industry as an Assistant Accountant, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and ensuring the financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Receivable Management:

o Generate and issue invoices accurately and timely to customers.

o Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.

o Process payments received and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.

2. Accounts Payable Processing:

o Review and verify invoices and expense reports for accuracy and completeness.

o Prepare and process payments to vendors, ensuring adherence to payment terms and company policies.

o Maintain vendor records and resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices.

3. Financial Record Keeping:

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the accounting system.

o Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.

o Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements as required.

4. General Accounting Support:

o Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

o Prepare journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts.

o Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
