Job Title: SEO SpecialistJob Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.Preferred Qualifications:SEO certification(s).Experience with e-commerce SEO.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development.Previous success in driving organic traffic and improving search rankings.

The person will be a part of the core product development team of Denovolab. The person will be responsible to lead and participate in the development of automated test execution on the SIP switching platform. The job involves working in a challenging start-up environment requiring a fast paced, flexible and adaptive approach towards methods, processes and techniques used in product testing of a complex telephony platform. Multi-tasking and switching between different roles is a key aspect of the job. It requires the person to have the orientation and capacity to deliver while working in a small team. Participate and contribute in ideating and developing innovative features on the Denovolab switch.

As a technical support/helpdesk employee, youll be monitoring and maintaining the systems and networks within an organization in a technical support role. If there are any issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, or email issues, youll be the first person employees will come to.Tasks can include installing and configuring our software, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone or email or live chat.As technical support, you may also be known as a helpdesk operator, technician or maintenance engineer.You will work for software providing after-sales support .Some tasks you may be involved in include: Working with customers to identify problems and advising on the solutionLogging and keeping records of customer queriesAnalyze call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problemsUpdating self-help documents so customers can try to fix problems themselvesTesting and fixing faulty featuresAnalyze SIP traceYou should have the following technical experience:Linux and being able to install software and Troubleshoot on LinuxSIP trace and understanding of SIP protocolExperience in multiple class4 SoftSwitch vendorExperience in SQL
