The American company which provides logistics services is looking for an HR Associate in New Delhi.Key responsibilities:1. Recruit new candidates/truck drivers2. Interview new candidates and conduct an orientation3. Work on effective communication and follow-up4. Work on maintaining a database5. Multitask between answering phone calls and responding to emails6. Collect and check the required paperwork to meet the stated requirementsSkills & Requirements:1. Must have sales experience2. Well-organized and stress-resistant3. Attentive to details4. Analytical skills5. Having relationship management skills and openness to feedback6. English level- upper intermediate and higher (must)7. Confident PC user - excellent systems knowledge: MS Office, Excel, and internet navigationPerks:1. Working in a cozy modern fully equipped space on Monday to Friday from 6:30 pm to 4:30 am2.
