Responsibilities:Office Layout Design: Spearhead the design of office layouts including Workstations, Executive Tables, Storage Solutions, Chairs, etc., ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and adherence to client requirements.Cost Assessment and Quotations: Assess project costs accurately and prepare detailed quotations for client projects.Client Interaction: Engage with clients for design conceptualization, presentations, and obtaining approvals, maintaining excellent communication and understanding of client needs.Project Management: Coordinate and manage installers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless implementation and timely delivery.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and high-quality work standards.Experience:Team Supervision: Proven experience in supervising design teams and effectively coordinating with installers for project execution.Design Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD for 2D, 3D, and isometric design, complemented by expertise in Microsoft Office suite.Quotation Preparation: Demonstrated ability in preparing accurate project quotations and costing of furniture.Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working in a modular office furniture company is highly desirable.Number of Vacancies: 2Salary:Negotiable, based on the experience and qualifications of the selected candidates.CONTACT NO:- 9599953077INDU (HR Manager)
