responsibilities:

office layout design: spearhead the design of office layouts including workstations, executive tables, storage solutions, chairs, etc., ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and adherence to client requirements.

cost assessment and quotations: assess project costs accurately and prepare detailed quotations for client projects.

client interaction: engage with clients for design conceptualization, presentations, and obtaining approvals, maintaining excellent communication and understanding of client needs.

project management: coordinate and manage installers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless implementation and timely delivery.

team leadership: lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and high-quality work standards.

experience:

team supervision: proven experience in supervising design teams and effectively coordinating with installers for project execution.

design software proficiency: proficient in autocad for 2d, 3d, and isometric design, complemented by expertise in microsoft office suite.

quotation preparation: demonstrated ability in preparing accurate project quotations and costing of furniture.

industry knowledge: prior experience working in a modular office furniture company is highly desirable.
