We, Dekho Mechanic, are hiring for Senior BDA/TL position at our company. Dear sales folks, its a great opportunity to nourish your skills and grab the position along with promotion.As a Senior BDA you will be reaching out to the prospects and engage them to purchase our packages. There will be an OJT period of 1 month where you need to generate 28,000/- of revenue to clear the OJT. There will be a payout of 4,000/- during this OJT clearance period. Promotion part: As a Senior BDA in OJT program if you are able to generate 10,000/- of revenue in 10 days then you will be directly promoted as a Sales Team Leader and will not be required to serve 1 month to get 28,000/-. Laptop and strong internet connection are mandatoryQualifications:1. Must be Graduated 2. Sales experience in B2C preferred (not mandatory)3. Self-driven and comfortable to work in fast paced organisation4. Proficiency in English, Hindi and Regional language is must5. Inside sales experience is a plusExperience:6 months 2 year in Sales CTC: 3 LPA 4.5 LPA
