The Backoffice Operations plays a critical role in our Finance Company, This professional is responsible for managing end-to-end operations process.Key Responsibilities:1. Speak to customers/bankers across 1500 locations and more than 50 banks. 2. Review customers who are looking for loan/financing across various loan products on tech platforms - personal loan, business loan, home loan, loan against property, etc.3. Submit the files online to the banks for processing4. Analyze data and clean up data, Qualifications and Requirements:* Engineering / Bachelor's degree in any field.** Strong knowledge of MS EXCEL, MS WORD, TECHNICAL MINDSET** FLUENT IN ENGLISH* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients, candidates, and stakeholders. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Professional and ethical approach to handling confidential information.
