the backoffice operations plays a critical role in our finance company, this professional is responsible for managing end-to-end operations process.

key responsibilities:

1. speak to customers/bankers across 1500 locations and more than 50 banks.

2. review customers who are looking for loan/financing across various loan products on tech platforms - personal loan, business loan, home loan, loan against property, etc.

3. submit the files online to the banks for processing

4. analyze data and clean up data,

qualifications and requirements:

*• engineering / bachelor's degree in any field.*

*• strong knowledge of ms excel, ms word, technical mindset*

*• fluent in english*

• excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients, candidates, and stakeholders.

• ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

• professional and ethical approach to handling confidential information.
