Backend Operation Executive

The Backoffice Operations plays a critical role in our Finance Company, This professional is responsible for managing end-to-end operations process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Speak to customers/bankers across 1500 locations and more than 50 banks.

2. Review customers who are looking for loan/financing across various loan products on tech platforms - personal loan, business loan, home loan, loan against property, etc.

3. Submit the files online to the banks for processing

4. Analyze data and clean up data,

Qualifications and Requirements:

*• Engineering / Bachelor's degree in any field.*

*• Strong knowledge of MS EXCEL, MS WORD, TECHNICAL MINDSET*

*• FLUENT IN ENGLISH*

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients, candidates, and stakeholders.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

• Professional and ethical approach to handling confidential information.
