Decode Resolvency International Pvt. Ltd (Decode) is looking to hire a Jr. Accountant for the companys corporate head office in Nariman Point, Mumbai. Should have experience writing accountants in the quick book and Tally, maintaining petty cash book. The candidate should have experience in handling day-to-day admin work.The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:1. Responsible for managing entire books of accounts for all group companies until finalization2. Ensuring computation and payment of all statutory dues and taxes in a timely manner3. Monitoring petty cash book4. Handling day-today office admin activities5. Design, prepare and submit periodic reports/MIS with key metrics6. Customer Billing and Communications7. Liaise with the companys CA and CS from time to time8. Ensure company compliance with governmental/regulatory timelinesRequirements:1. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles/positions2. Bachelors and Masters in accounting, finance, economics or equivalent3. Proficient in MS Office4. Strong written and verbal communication skills5. Residing in Mumbai (Staying between Borivali/Thane to Churchgate/Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus6. Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics7.
