Decode Resolvency International Pvt. Ltd (“Decode”) is looking to hire a Jr. Accountant for the company’s corporate head office in Nariman Point, Mumbai. Should have experience writing accountants in the quick book and Tally, maintaining petty cash book. The candidate should have experience in handling day-to-day admin work.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

1. Responsible for managing entire books of accounts for all group companies until finalization

2. Ensuring computation and payment of all statutory dues and taxes in a timely manner

3. Monitoring petty cash book

4. Handling day-today office admin activities

5. Design, prepare and submit periodic reports/MIS with key metrics

6. Customer Billing and Communications

7. Liaise with the company’s CA and CS from time to time

8. Ensure company compliance with governmental/regulatory timelines

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles/positions

2. Bachelor’s and Master’s in accounting, finance, economics or equivalent

3. Proficient in MS Office

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills

5. Residing in Mumbai (Staying between Borivali/Thane to Churchgate/Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus

6. Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

7. Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

8. Organized, great temperament and attention to detail!
