- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: This includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various job positions within the organization.- Coordinate onboarding activities: Assist in conducting orientation sessions for new hires and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.- Handle employee relations: Address any issues or concerns brought up by employees and work towards resolving them in a fair and timely manner.- Assist in HR administrative tasks: Support the HR team in maintaining employee records, updating databases, and generating reports as needed.- Participate in HR projects: Collaborate with the HR team on various initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement, and training programs.Required Skills and Expectations:- Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, employees, and other stakeholders.- Strong interpersonal skills: Capacity to build relationships with employees at all levels within the organization.- Detail-oriented: Capable of maintaining accurate records and paying close attention to documentation.- Data-driven mindset: Comfortable working with HR data and analytics to make informed decisions.- Willingness to learn: Open to acquiring new HR knowledge and skills to grow in the role.

Position: Senior Developer ( ASP.NET) : 2 Positions Must be a senior / TL software developer having experience in 5-9 years Programming experience on the following: C#, WPF, ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, MVVM, HTML5, XML, JavaScript, Web API and SQLShould have knowledge/experience of OOPS, Multi-Threading, Events and Delegates, Reflection, ASync Pattern. Dapper as ORMExperience on Dapper, Entity framework, CRUD Operations is preferred.Write high-quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines.Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting ( knowledge of writing the unit testing cases ( X unit /MS unit/Nunit) . Any one of themConduct functional and non-functional testing. Troubleshoot and debug applications.Support junior developers workSkill set Bachelors degree ( BS) in Computer Science, Information systems, Engineering, Master Computer applications or related field5+ years of experience/technical expertise in Microservice, SQL, ASP.Net 5 & 6 , C#, , Object-oriented programming, Visual Studio,Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, ES6, Sass jQuery, Kendo UI widget is a plus Azure Cloud Services knowledge would be a plus.Expertise in CI-CD, Bitbucket/Git , JIRAUnderstanding of Agile and Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodologies.Good listening and organizational skills to gather requirements and assess impact. Good critical thinking skills to understand business needs.Experience in working on products/ Electrical transmission projects ( its a plus)
