Job Title: Personal Secretary*LLocation: Bangalore, IndiaReports to: CEOEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 per annum---Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing various tasks, ensuring confidentiality, and facilitating smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities:Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.Travel Management: Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.Document Management: Maintain and organize critical documents, files, and records.Personal Assistance: Handle personal tasks for the CEO, including managing personal appointments and running errands.Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and other staff, clients, and stakeholders.Project Support: Assist with special projects, research, and presentations as required.Expense Management: Track and report expenses, manage budgets, and process reimbursements.Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.Qualifications:Education: Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.- High level of discretion and confidentiality.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Additional Requirements:- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.- Availability for occasional travel.
