We are looking for a dedicated VMC Operator to join our team in Faridabad. This full-time position requires a motivated individual who can work on-site and contribute to our manufacturing processes.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Machine Setup:** Prepare and configure the VMC (Vertical Machining Center) for operation, ensuring all tools and materials are ready for production.- **Operation Monitoring:** Continuously monitor the machine during production to ensure it runs smoothly, making adjustments as needed for efficiency.- **Quality Control:** Inspect the finished products for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.- **Maintenance:** Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on the VMC to keep it in optimal working condition, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any machine issues encountered during operations.- **Team Collaboration:** Work with other operators and team members to support overall production goals and ensure a safe working environment.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Candidates should have completed at least their 10th grade education. - Prior experience in operating VMC machines is an advantage but not required; a willingness to learn is essential. - Good mechanical skills and attention to detail are necessary to perform tasks accurately.- Strong communication skills to effectively work in a team environment.- Willingness to work full-time hours in an office setting and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Proficient in setting work offsets and tool offsetsReading and interpreting engineering drawingsInspection of products using micrometers and Vernier calipersKnowledge of cutting tools used in VMC operationsAbility to set up and install tools and attachmentsEnsure quality and accuracy of machined componentsCapable of working both independently and in a team
