Opening For VMC Operator

We are looking for a dedicated VMC Operator to join our team in Faridabad. This full-time position requires a motivated individual who can work on-site and contribute to our manufacturing processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Machine Setup:** Prepare and configure the VMC (Vertical Machining Center) for operation, ensuring all tools and materials are ready for production.

- **Operation Monitoring:** Continuously monitor the machine during production to ensure it runs smoothly, making adjustments as needed for efficiency.

- **Quality Control:** Inspect the finished products for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.

- **Maintenance:** Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on the VMC to keep it in optimal working condition, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any machine issues encountered during operations.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work with other operators and team members to support overall production goals and ensure a safe working environment.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Candidates should have completed at least their 10th grade education.

- Prior experience in operating VMC machines is an advantage but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.

- Good mechanical skills and attention to detail are necessary to perform tasks accurately.

- Strong communication skills to effectively work in a team environment.

- Willingness to work full-time hours in an office setting and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
