Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases/leads Introduce and explain the Bellagio residential project clearly and effectively Generate and qualify leads for site visits Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team Update and maintain customer data in CRM Handle inbound inquiries and resolve basic customer queries Build and maintain strong customer relationships Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales (real estate preferred) Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Ability to handle pressure and meet daily/weekly targets
