Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases/leads
• Introduce and explain the Bellagio residential project clearly and effectively
• Generate and qualify leads for site visits
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
• Update and maintain customer data in CRM
• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve basic customer queries
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales (real estate preferred)
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
• Ability to handle pressure and meet daily/weekly targets
