JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and increase attendance at trade shows and exhibitions Follow up on leads and inquiries generated from previous events Maintain and update a database of potential attendees Communicate with individuals and companies to promote the event and its features, answer questions, and persuade them to attend Provide information about registration, pricing, schedules, and other relevant details Follow up with attendees after the event to gather feedback and assess satisfaction Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies to increase attendance and achieve event goals Attend team meetings and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all timesSKILLS REQUIRED Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasive and negotiation skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in using computer software and database management tools
