JD for *HR EXECUTIVE */ *IT RECRUITER HR*-Experience in IT Recruitment for domestic & International Market. -Should Handle full life cycle of contract / full-time IT recruitment process from sourcing to on boarding of candidates. -Experience in hiring using social media, Networking is highly preferred. -Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches, like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc-Must have good experience in sourcing profiles based on job specifications and skill sets as per clients requirements.-Must have strong technical knowledge in present day IT technologies and must be able to illustrate when required.-Must be a Strong team player and a lead with positive mind-set to drive results from the team -Must have very good command in verbal and written communication skills. -Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment -Any experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases would be a plus. -Desired Experience Contract Staffing/Contract to Hire staffing for India Market/Intetnational Market.
