Ensuring that operative processes / order execution is finished within the stipulated time. Communicating with Buyers, Artisans, Co-workers effectively. Coordinating with Artisans, suppliers and analyze to understand timelines and visit them frequently if required. Will be responsible for continuous improvement in efficiencies and overall operations of the company.
