- Overall responsible from order collection, order confirmation, production planning, quality assurance, final inspection and shipment.

- Ensuring that operative processes / order execution is finished within the stipulated time.

- Communicating with Buyers, Artisans, Co-workers effectively.

- Coordinating with Artisans, suppliers and analyze to understand timelines and visit them frequently if required.

- Will be responsible for continuous improvement in efficiencies and overall operations of the company.
