Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Handling candidate negotiations, offer letters, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Keeping up-to-date with the latest hiring trends and best practices.
