JOB DESCRIPTION Achievement of Allotted sales Targets Lead Generation Work with internal teams to develop solutions to satisfy prospective customer needs.Cultivate the relationship with direct customers and partners to ensure business is grown and retained. Well verse with minimum wages calculations. Prepare the security services commercial proposal in coordination with the relevant team at the company and submit to clients and conduct discussions and negotiations on the proposals submitted. Build a strong sales pipeline. Sell a range of services that include Security Solution and Facilities Management. Develop a good understanding of the customer needs, products and vertical market Accumulating prospective calls and cultivating into business. Making all MIS Report Ensure appropriate documentation prior to deployment. Mapping the area. Co-ordination with Operation Team prior to deployment Reporting on the closure and pipelines with Heads on periodical basis. Taking care of CRM Issues Coordinating collections Keep track of customer account payment status in liaison with Finance.
