Eligibility:-Fluency in English, knowledge of regional languages is a plusExcellent communication skills both verbal & non-verbalAny engineering background, B.E or electrical background preferableExperience at least 1 yr in troubleshooting & installation [Freshers also Welcomed]Excellent problem solving, management and leadership skillsExperience/Knowledge of Home Automation & IOT will be an added advantageMS office Basic Excel & PowerPointImmediate Joiners onlyJob Description:-Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needsOwn overall relationship with assigned customers which includes Troubleshooting service calls pan India over call/video callsResponsible for Executing and supervising installation of Zemote smart products for customersDiagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup, network configuration and Zemote app installationEstablish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship and drive continued value of our products and services.Prioritize and manage several open issues at one timeProvide training to technical staff on new product installation processUnderstanding of complete wiring of homes/offices including 3 phase wiring standards and electrical layout drawingsAiding sales team for preparation of quotation as per layout of site to suggest right Zemote productsKeeping the electrical knowledge on the desired level, develop if necessary.Readiness to travel extensively across IndiaTaking collective feedback from the clientsAbility of upselling or cross selling of the products to customersEnsuring control of all the management activities related to the role, for pan IndiaImplement specific strategies for both sales and customer servicePrepare necessary documentation or visuals for client to demonstrate performance of campaigns; analyze trends and identify areas of improvementMaintain existing Customer Success metrics and data as directed.
