Role: App Developer Location: Fully Remote Compensation: Equity-Based (Performance-Based Equity Allocation) Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and enhance the ConnexGrow mobile application (Android/iOS). - Implement new features and optimize app performance. - Ensure a smooth and engaging user experience (UI/UX). - Debug and troubleshoot technical issues for seamless functionality. - Collaborate with the design and marketing team to align app features with business goals. - Stay updated with the latest mobile app development trends and best practices. Requirements Proficiency in mobile app development (Flutter, React Native, or other frameworks). Experience with backend integration (APIs, Firebase, Node.js, or similar). Strong understanding of UI/UX principles. Ability to debug, test, and optimize app performance. Self-motivated, problem solver, and ability to work independently.
