- develop, maintain, and enhance the connexgrow mobile application (android/ios).

- implement new features and optimize app performance.

- ensure a smooth and engaging user experience (ui/ux).

- debug and troubleshoot technical issues for seamless functionality.

- collaborate with the design and marketing team to align app features with business goals.

- stay updated with the latest mobile app development trends and best practices.

🔹 requirements

✅ proficiency in mobile app development (flutter, react native, or other frameworks).

✅ experience with backend integration (apis, firebase, , or similar).

✅ strong understanding of ui/ux principles.

✅ ability to debug, test, and optimize app performance.

✅ self-motivated, problem solver, and ability to work independently.
