The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.Requirements:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / GraduateBasic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)Good communication skills in Hindi and EnglishWorking Hours:Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
