Lead Generation and cold calling: Identify and reach out to new business opportunities through calls, emails, and meetings. Client retainment and acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Gather feedback from clients to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction. Maintain a detailed record of all client interactions for follow-ups and progress tracking Promote the companys services addressing or predicting clients needs. Prepare presentations to convince and satisfy client's need. Arrange business Calls or meeting with prospective clients via Skype, video conferencing or any other platform Assist in preparing sales contracts / Agreement Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Meeting the sales targets and deadlines. Prepare regular sales reports and analyse the sales of company.
