Position - Salesforce Developer Company Name - Cloud Desk Technology Years of Experience - 4 to 7 years Location: Chennai (Hybrid)Job Details: Experience in developing Salesforce customization projects, integrations, and developing and executing data migrations. Experience creating technical solutions for complex Salesforce implementations. Experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects Hands on experience into Admin (Profile, permission set, Workflow Rule, Process Builder); APEX, Lightning Components (Aura / Lightning Web Components); Integration (Web Services / APIs / Mulesoft or TIBCO); Deployment (Change Set / Managed & Unmanaged Packages / Patches & Packages and DevOps) Worked on projects involving Sales and Service cloud with FSL and experience with Marketing Cloud will be an added advantage. Requirements Enterprise solution experience with ability to propose pitfalls and suggest optimized design Demonstrated knowledge of XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, and EAI processes Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies Salesforce.com and other certifications, required Very strong work ethic with a customer service focus

Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement. Experience in Contractual Hiring and Permanent Hiring Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media etc Assess an applicants relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies. Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle. Should be well versed in using an ATS. Should be well versed with Boolean & Keyword search on Naukri & LinkedIn. Timely submission/ preparation of MIS/ data Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified professionals interested in opportunities. Matching qualified candidates to clients requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidates Negotiating competitive rates and gain employment commitment from candidates Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions. Conduct skills testing and reference checks. Submitting a candidates resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration. Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature. Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & video calls.
