• review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
• experience in contractual hiring and permanent hiring
• source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media etc
• assess an applicant’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies.
• scheduling, coordination, and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• should be well versed in using an ats.
• should be well versed with boolean & keyword search on naukri & linkedin.
• timely submission/ preparation of mis/ data
• develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified professionals interested in opportunities.
• matching qualified candidates to clients’ requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidates
• negotiating competitive rates and gain employment commitment from candidates
• responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.
• conduct skills testing and reference checks.
• submitting a candidates resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.
• timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
• engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & video calls.
