We're changing the way teenagers make career choices by letting them 'test-drive' a career before making a choice.Job role: INSIDE SALES/ STUDENTS COUNSELOR/ SALES MANAGERQualifications:* Graduate or Equivalent (final year students can also apply)* Freshers or 5+ years of work experience as Inside sales or Career counseling.**Edtech Industry experience will be a plus.Work Location: Lower ParelTimings: 11AM to 8PM (6 days working)Package: 3.6Lpa to 4.8Lpa + uncapped variables.Responsibilities:* Take complete ownership of leads assigned and enquiries received on a daily basis.* Monitor, follow-up and guide the leads/ enquiries and convert them into admissions.* Communicate with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.* Should be a pro-active, self-starter in order to meet or exceed revenue expectations.* Update CRM system with all customer communications.Skill-set Requirement:* Excellent customer handling, regularly engaging with customers in B2C businesses.* Excellent oral and written communication skills.* Should have convincing ability to convert potentials into revenue.**If interested, kindly share your updated resume.Along withNotice Period:Current CTC:Expected CTC:#Please note: This is work from an office job role in Lower Parel, Mumbai & would require you to travel to the office daily.
