Dressing boils, wounds, sores, and cuts.Cleaning sores, cuts, wounds with antiseptic solution/ cream/ ointment.Preparing patients for surgeries, dressingHelping patients with pain-relieving drops in ears, eyes, or nose.Giving first aid in case of a medical emergencyHelping patients with first aid treatment.Applying ointment, and liniments on injuries/ wounds.Massaging any body part under the guidance and advice of the doctor or surgeonBandaging wounds and other affected body parts.

Should have already worked in any NGO 2-3 Years.* Writing & Drafting Proposals, EOI, RFP Concept etc. Compiling the data, data base management. Report Generation. Screening of business Opportunity through different sources.* Handling sensitive documents which require a trustworthy individual.* Compiling, checking and proper filing of all financial documents. Identification of tenders from portals and then checking eligibility and maintaining a track for expression of interest. Compiling the documents for sending the proposal and keeping a stack of set of documents for preventing last minute rushes. Program level process documentation by attending meetings and coordinating the same with field coordinators. Content preparation for audio and video documentation of projects. Developing program resource documents & other learning documents like case studies, best practices etc. in coordination with the project coordinator. Content development and designing of monthly newsletter and handbooks of the organization in collaboration with the Program Manager, Project coordinators. Prepare case studies and success stories, quarterly, six monthly, annual activity reports of all projects as well as, project completion report and timely submission of reports. Need based support to project staff in documentation. Preparing organization level content. Preparing promotional material/brochures for project level events. Preparing annual report of the organization. Managing organizations website and social media accounts by creating suitable content on day to day basic.* Should have good command over English & Hindi Both languages.( Speaking & Writing also.)
