Job description

• Develop and implement care plans that are tailored to each patient's individual needs, taking into account their medical history, symptoms, and other factors

• Provide preventive care services such as vaccinations, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling to help patients stay healthy and prevent the onset of medical conditions

• Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, exam findings, test results, and treatment plans

• Participate in medical research and education activities to advance medical knowledge and improve patient care
