Responsibilities include Oversee job sites for new construction and remodeling endeavors Develop timetables for construction teams and guarantee adequate staffing levels for all projects Recruit permanent and temporary workers to support project requirements Establish and monitor project budgets, encompassing expenses for supplies, materials, and labor Supervise subcontractors and suppliers to uphold high-quality standards Engagein ongoing learning related to sustainable building techniques Enforce safety protocols across all job sites Sustain open communication with clients throughout the home closing phase Qualifications Over 3years of experience in new construction, including supervisory roles Previous exposure to remodeling projects is advantageous Proficiency in green building practices is highly beneficial Capacity to oversee multiple projects concurrently without compromising quality control Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Bilingual proficiency is considered an asset
