Over 3years of experience in new construction, including supervisory roles

Previous exposure to remodeling projects is advantageous

Proficiency in green building practices is highly beneficial

Capacity to oversee multiple projects concurrently without compromising quality control

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Bilingual proficiency is considered an asset
