Job description:As a sr backend engineer, you will be working on mainly 3 things1. Enhancing / designing & creating new micro-services / systems and APIs for interaction of backend with external peripherals such as App, Web dashboard, BI platform2. Infrastructure / tools development for managing the backend systems We believe in developing in-house tools, with first principle analysis.3. Bringing the Dev-Ops mindset and enabling auto scaling, load-balancing and managing serverless servicesWhat we are looking for in the candidate:1. First principle analysis : We love people who think from first principles (and can explain things easily on whiteboard, without loads of jargons :smile: )2. Good hands-on grasp of serverless functions / AWS lambda3. You should love Python Scripting! - If you have written tools and scripts to automate your tasks in life, YOU are the ONE!4. Expertise with working with a prod environment - Simply put, you should have gone through prod deployment hell in the past.5. Proficiency in Postgres + Redis + Python-Django stack
