as a sr backend engineer, you will be working on mainly 3 things

1. enhancing / designing & creating new micro-services / systems and apis for interaction of backend with external peripherals such as app, web dashboard, bi platform

2. infrastructure / tools development for managing the backend systems – we believe in developing in-house tools, with first principle analysis.

3. bringing the dev-ops mindset and enabling auto scaling, load-balancing and managing serverless services

what we are looking for in the candidate:

1. first principle analysis : we love people who think from first principles (and can explain things easily on whiteboard, without loads of jargons :smile: )

2. good hands-on grasp of serverless functions / aws lambda

3. you should love python scripting! - if you have written tools and scripts to automate your tasks in life, you are the one!

4. expertise with working with a prod environment - simply put, you should have gone through prod deployment hell in the past.

5. proficiency in postgres + redis + python-django stack
