Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bengaluru.*Identify and qualify new customers in the Technology space includes GCC, GIC, MNC, Product Firms, IT services firms, etc.*Prospect new customers through lead generation campaigns, follow-up, and cold calling*Identify the correct decision makers within the target segment*Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system*Generate Qualified Leads based on predefined criteria for each accountPresent our offerings to target audience via virtual and F2F meetings*Follow-up with clients regularly*Meet assigned targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis*Hands on knowledge of Email Marketing tools, LinkedIn and other online tools*Excellent communication skills, both oral and written*Daily, Weekly and Monthly ReportingQualifications*1 to 2 years of IT Staffing sales experience in a Recruitment Consulting Firm*Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced enviro
