- Lead the state office: As the State Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and activities within the state office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient performance.- Develop and implement strategies: You will need to create strategic plans to achieve the state's objectives and targets, aligning them with the organization's overall goals and vision.- Manage team: You will be in charge of supervising and guiding a team of professionals, providing necessary support, training, and resources to ensure they meet their targets and deliver high-quality work.- Establish and maintain relationships: Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, partners, government authorities, and other relevant parties to create opportunities for collaboration and growth.- Monitor performance: Regularly track and analyze key metrics and performance indicators to assess the state office's progress and make informed decisions to drive improvements and achieve targets.Required skills and expectations:- A minimum of an M.B.A/PGDM degree in a relevant field.- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in a similar industry or field.- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.- Excellent decision-making abilities and strategic thinking skills.- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
