- Lead the state office: As the State Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and activities within the state office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient performance.
- Develop and implement strategies: You will need to create strategic plans to achieve the state's objectives and targets, aligning them with the organization's overall goals and vision.
- Manage team: You will be in charge of supervising and guiding a team of professionals, providing necessary support, training, and resources to ensure they meet their targets and deliver high-quality work.
- Establish and maintain relationships: Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, partners, government authorities, and other relevant parties to create opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Required skills and expectations:
