Driving quality initiatives in the team.Handle Call Audits and Call Center Quality.Responsible for Audit Accuracy & Quality Improvements.Candidate should have excellent problem solving capabilities and lateral thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities: Understand data collection processes and ensure compliance in the team Ensure complete review of teams output on daily basis to make it a zero error delivery Resolve teams doubts in case they are stuck in their work Monitor daily work done reports of the team and ensure high quality and efficiency in the team. Strong analytical skills; Able to tell a story with data and metrics. Must be able to clarify issues that come up time and again. Look after attrition and shrinkage target of the team. Should be able to help in problem solving and engage in process improvement process.
