Key Responsibilities: Understand data collection processes and ensure compliance in the team Ensure complete review of teams output on daily basis to make it a zero error delivery Resolve teams doubts in case they are stuck in their work Monitor daily work done reports of the team and ensure high quality and efficiency in the team.
· Strong analytical skills; Able to tell a story with data and metrics.
· Must be able to clarify issues that come up time and again.
· Look after attrition and shrinkage target of the team.
· Should be able to help in problem solving and engage in process improvement process.
· Responsible for managing the performance for the team of associates.
Required Candidate profile
· Minimum 2yrs on paper experience
