You will identify their needs and demands and sell accordingly.The goal is to formulate strong relationships to ensure growth and preserve and augment our firms prestige.Responsibilities Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans

Educating customers about our business solutions. Cold-calling, generating new leads and prospecting accounts. Handle maintenance and operation of our computer systems Ensure the security and privacy of the system for our clients Index invoices and file them in the appropriate places Identify unpaid invoices and notify the appropriate parties Maintain accurate and thorough vendor records Answer client calls and record details of each conversation for future follow-up Once customer walk in need to guide and solve the queries related to flight tickets, VISA, forex, Insurance and rental bikes. Should maintain the bills in appropriate files. Gather the data from all the branches of daily transactions. Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up

Should Expert in B2B and B2C sales in Tourism Industry. Should know about the local marketing strategies Sales and operations experience required. Sound knowledge of domestic and international tour packages Selling travel products and tour packages Should have a knowledge on quotations, Tour packages Domestic and International Actively seek out new sales opportunities; Identify new potential customers, Set up ideal prospecting strategies. Communicate with Tourism Companies and Agencies Submit regular sales reports and updates Selling our online booking engine (Nationally & Internationally) Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation and understanding account requirements Effectively maintaining and retaining existing customers by building long-term relationships. Act as a link between your customer and the internal teams. Promote the company's products to existing customers and attract new customers Participate in preparing the sales plan with the Business developer. Conducting Sales visits, solution demonstrations and presentations. Build long-term relationships with existing, as well as, new clients
