Position Title: Personal SecretaryLocation: HyderabadPosition Summary:The personal secretary will provide administrative support to Manager, handling tasks ranging from managing schedules and appointments to handling correspondence and organizing meetings.Responsibilities:Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for Manager. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient use of time.Correspondence Handling: Manage incoming emails, letters, and other forms of communication. Draft responses, prioritize correspondence, and maintain organized records.Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Ensure travel plans align with the employer's schedule and preferences.Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, coordinating attendees, and arranging logistics. Take minutes and follow up on action items as necessary.Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the employer.
