the personal secretary will provide administrative support to manager, handling tasks ranging from managing schedules and appointments to handling correspondence and organizing meetings.
responsibilities:
calendar management: schedule appointments, meetings, and events for manager. coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient use of time.
correspondence handling: manage incoming emails, letters, and other forms of communication. draft responses, prioritize correspondence, and maintain organized records.
travel arrangements: arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. ensure travel plans align with the employer's schedule and preferences.
meeting coordination: organize meetings, including preparing agendas, coordinating attendees, and arranging logistics. take minutes and follow up on action items as necessary.
