The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining courses to prospective students, and generating leads.The candidate will be on the payroll of Brandhype Digital and will be working for EliteKnowledge as per the assigned project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential leads from the provided database.Explain the available courses, curriculum, and benefits to prospective students.Address queries related to courses, fees, and enrollment process.Generate and qualify leads for the admissions/sales team.Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/database.Follow up with interested candidates and assist them in the enrollment process.Achieve daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets.Required SkillsGood command over English (spoken).Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.Ability to clearly explain courses and convince potential candidates.Confident and persuasive speaking ability.Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM tools).Strong listening and interpersonal skills.EligibilityMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate.Freshers can apply.Prior telecalling or counselling experience will be an added advantage.Mandatory RequirementCandidate must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection.Salary20,000 25,000 (In-hand) per monthWorking Hours09:30 AM 06:30 PM (Indian Standard Time)How to ApplyInterested candidates can share their updated resume at:hr2.brandhype@gmail.com
