Key Responsibilities1. Production & Operations Management Oversee day-to-day operations of the agrochemical plant (formulations, technical manufacturing, packaging). Ensure production targets are achieved as per demand planning and business goals. Optimize resource utilization (manpower, machinery, materials). Drive continuous process improvements for productivity and efficiency.2. Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure adherence to quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO guidelines. Control manufacturing costs, reduce wastages, and ensure efficient inventory management. Support the supply chain/logistics team for the timely dispatch of finished products.6. Strategic & Business Support Work closely with top management to align plant operations with business objectives. Provide regular MIS reports on production, quality, safety, and costs.
